Down....

I feel so blue today. I think I am single handedly trying to eat my way into plus size clothing (not that Im not a HUGE 147 anyway). I don't know what my problem is but I just can't get motivated this week...which is in no way a good thing. I have to be in a bathing suit in less than two weeks. Well, at least everyone will know where to find the beached whale while Im there. Look no further than my own little beach towel. Come one, come all. $2 admission to witness the fat freak.

Half and Half

Hope you had a fabulous weekend!! Saturday was pretty great. I ate about 300-350 calories total and did about 20 minutes of strength training. Sunday began with a vigorous workout on the elliptical and no food until around 4. That's when it fell apart. We had friends over to the house and J ordered a gob ton of pizza. I swear to you, I ate 5 pieces, chicken wings, AND cheesy bread. Oy!! That's okay though, we all have slip ups and it's back to the grind stone today. I've learned over the years that you have to stay positive in life or all is lost!

Weekends

What are the hardest days for you to stay on track? I feel like I struggle just a little bit more over the weekend. Im a creature of habit, so work is great. Breakfast, lunch, snack, workouts, dinner are all at the same times during the week. For some strange reason though Saturday and Sunday seem to through me off. I wonder why this is? More free time to think about food? My boyfriend J works Monday through Saturday and sleeps in very late on Sundays, so maybe it's being in the house alone with no distractions that makes me think about food so much more. I've got to think of something quick to keep my mind on other things. Hmmm.....

Progress

Good morning!!! I love Friday's for so many reasons; one of which is my weekly progress report checks (not that I don't weigh my self 3 times a day anyway). BUT, I have this little chart that I made up with all the numbers between my starting weight and goal weight listed out. Each Friday I take a gigantic black sharpie and black out the numbers that no longer apply to me. It's very therapeutic and completely satisfying!!! Id love to hear what you girls do to stay motivated!

Dinner- 1/2 cup eggbeaters w/chicken strip 180
Snacks- 1/2 grapefruit 70, String cheese 120, Pickle 5, Almonds-50
Gummy Vitamins- 15

EXERCISE
For some reason, I could not motivate today.....only did 15 minutes on the elliptical. Boo!! That's okay though, there's always tomorrow.

Would You Believe

Cursed!! Im cursed I say. With what you might ask? With two gorgeous sister in laws. Yes both are tiny and might as well be walking the runway. Im going on a beach vacay with the prettier of the two in a couple weeks and am DREADING the thought of standing in a bathingsuit next to her. She is the type of girl you want to hate. You just want to find something wrong with her and pick it to shreds but you can't. She's skinny, and tan, with long blonde hair. The type of girl every man falls over himself to be around (this is not an exaggeration, I have witnessed it on more than one occasion). What's more, she is the nicest most down to earth girl you could ever hope to be around...you know the type. The kind that makes a room glow as soon as they walk in. Even women want to be around her............. As if I wasn't insecure enough.
