Intake and Exercise

Breakfast- 1/2 grapefruit 70
Lunch- Slimfast 220
Dinner- 1/2 cup eggbeaters w/chicken strip 180
Snacks- 1/2 grapefruit 70, String cheese 120, Pickle 5, Almonds-50
Gummy Vitamins- 15
Fiber- 20

Total: 750

For some reason, I could not motivate today.....only did 15 minutes on the elliptical. Boo!! That's okay though, there's always tomorrow.


  1. 15 minutes is better than nothing. We have NOTHING out at my house besides this machine that I'm convinced was designed to not work XD It's one of those things that swings your legs back and forth--totally forgot the name of it. But yeah, it sucks. I wish we had a treadmill. But apparently, you understand the perils of breasts and treadmills and back pain! XD I AM NOT ALONE!

  2. I use a lot of Exercise DVDs too. My favorite are the 10 minute solution series. I'll do a post on them, they are FAB!
